Male casting on wand threads into heavy duty aluminum
base. Base cemented into pavement flush with surface. May be
quickly removed. Thighten with spanner or pipe wrench.

Surface Type 1 Piece Unit
New glass filled black polycarbonate in round style. Wand
attached to base with stainless steel hose clamp. Unit may
be anchored to pavement with anchor bolts, epoxy or
Bituminous.
